Rose Harper is 23 and completing a PhD at the University of Otago based in Christchurch, where she is developing 3D organoid models to improve diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis. She earned first-class honours in biomedical science and previously worked as a lab technician at NZ Clinical Research. Rose has received multiple scholarships and now collaborates with researchers in Wellington and Sydney. This Grant supports essential travel for lab training and conference attendance. Her long-term goal is to become a professor and lead research that improves women’s health outcomes.
