Now 19, Hunter Scott is a sprinter selected to represent NZ at the World U20 Athletics Champs in Eugene, Oregon. In 2026 he finished second in the 400m at the Australian U20 Champs, running a world U20 qualifying time of 47.13 in Brisbane, and he holds multiple national sprint and relay titles. This Grant supports his travel to compete in Eugene. Hunter aims to break the NZ U20 400m record and to represent NZ at the 2030 Commonwealth Games.
