Rachel Anderson, 23, is the National Rover Forum Chair and Crew Leader in Scouts NZ. With a background in Girl Guiding, Rachel has been instrumental in supporting Rover growth across NZ. Her efforts have doubled membership numbers and helped establish two new crews. This Grant will enable Rachel to attend the 2025 World Scout Moot in Portugal, where she aims to build global connections and strengthen Scouting networks in NZ. Rachel’s long-term goal is to support Rovers as an advisor and foster leadership in young people.
