At 15, Kate always loved music but only started ballet aged 11. She has won numerous competitions, danced many lead roles and won scholarships. Now balancing part time dance training with school, Kate is thrilled to achieve a full-time place in NZ School of Dance 2018 as one of the youngest which this Grant will help with. After three years study, Kate’s goal is to become a professional ballet dancer on the world stage.
