At 24 Julian has a track record of excellence in sport, academics and community contribution. Julian completed a Bachelor of Engineering while competing against the best skiers from around the world. Thanks to his European experience Julian went from 72nd in the world rankings in 2018, 10th in 2019 and 3rd in 2020, which he puts down to grit, perseverance and discipline combined with a passion to improve. Having earned a spot on the 2021 Freeride World Tour – comprised of only the top 24 Freeride skiers from the world – this Grant will help Julian with ongoing travel. And while proud to be invited to the exclusive Winter Games Obsidian event, Julian is just as proud to be on the Mt Olympus ski field committee contributing to its ongoing operation. In any spare time Julian makes time for his other passion – running coaching camps to pass on his knowledge.
