This 17 year old of Ngai Tahu descent is a school prefect, local and national record breaker, and winner of 12 national medals. While balancing academic study, Joshua has also been a Canterbury and South Island champ every year since he was 14. His goal is to become an elite cyclist and achieve a professional cycling contract in Europe. This Grant will help Joshua to compete in the Junior World Track Cycling champs, Switzerland in July.
