Young 17-year-old actor Jorja is a rising star. A winner of scholarships and star of a local professional Court Theatre production, she has been selected to attend the Shakespeare Globe Centre’s Young Shakespeare Company in London this year where she will learn through workshops and perform at the Globe Theatre. Jorja has been a South Island champion in the Court Theatre's Theatresports competition, and won Cashmere High Actor of the Year and Improv Actor of the Year. Her goal is to study for a Bachelor of Performing Arts towards a career in films, television or live theatre.
