After being reluctantly dragged around the outdoors by his keen sporty parents, Fergus developed a passion for orienteering. Despite many tough starts and poor results, he determinedly stuck at it until he was winning significant national competitions – solo and in teams. This Grant helped Fergus compete against the best at the Jnr Orienteering Worlds in Romania. Another important step towards being a regular global competitor.
