Eighteen-year-old Dylan Monk is a national titleholder in both kayaking and Surf Life Saving, with 27 national titles to his name. He has represented New Zealand at the Asia Pacific Championships for three consecutive years and was selected for the 2024 Junior World Championships. Dylan is currently studying Geology and History at the University of Canterbury. This Grant supports his travel to compete on the international stage. His long-term goal is to represent New Zealand at the 2032 Olympics.
